Our project aims to produce an up-to-date and well-grounded account and analysis of the situations of gays and lesbians in their places of employment. Our study will be based on 500 questionnaires and 200 interviews.
The results will be distributed at academic conferences and in community organizations and milieux. | As the product of a major research project focused on the present situation in the workplace, the findings will provide an additional and important resource for groups defending gay and lesbian rights in Quebec—a resource which is presently lacking.
This research figures within the present struggle to ensure public awareness of the realities of gay and lesbian lives. |
